The doctoral dissertation of the student (Nisreen Kazem Obaid) was discussed at the College of media, University of Baghdad, entitled \u201cThe Role of Public Relations in Spreading the Culture of Human Rights and Social Peace Among the Iraqi Public.\u201d
\nThe discussion committee consisted of the following professors:
\nProf. Dr. Baqir Mousa, Chairman ,Prof. Dr. Abdel Salam Ahmed, member ,Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdel Kadhim , member and supervisor ,Assistant Professor Dr. Alaa Mustafa, member ,Assistant Professor Dr. Huda Adel, member ,Prof. Dr. Dalia Mohamed, an external member from Cairo University.
\nThe study aimed to identify the role of public relations in spreading the culture of human rights and social peace among the Iraqi public. The results of the study showed that the field visits were among the most important direct communication activities, and the results showed that there were no significant differences between the extent of the target audience’s knowledge of the culture of human rights and social peace, and the extent of their follow-up to the activities of the Commission.<\/p>\n
