It also addressed the importance of self-confidence and early career planning in achieving professional success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The initiative is part of the college\u2019s efforts to empower students and prepare them for effective integration into the workforce, aligning with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by enhancing students\u2019 skills and competitiveness across various media fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">At the conclusion of the workshop, the <strong>Career Development and Follow-up Unit<\/strong> expressed its gratitude to the presenter for providing valuable insights and practical guidance, contributing to the preparedness of College of Mass Communication students for the
