They also reviewed key international, regional, and local standards, and discussed the most important legal frameworks that support expanding women\u2019s role in the labor market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The dialogues highlighted the challenges facing Iraqi women in the economic field and explored mechanisms to ensure equal and fair opportunities for all. They also examined the institutional foundations required to guarantee women\u2019s active participation in economic development.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The sessions were presented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ikhlas Hamid and Assist. Prof. Dr. Yusra Hamza, with the discussions moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. Rana Ali Al-Shujairi, Head of the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the college.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 5 (Gender Equality), which emphasizes the necessity of supporting and economically empowering women, thereby enhancing their participation in national development and societal
