It also outlined the key steps involved, starting from identifying and analyzing the problem to implementing the final decision.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop aimed to improve the quality of services provided to citizens and promote the exchange of ideas and opinions to reach decisions collectively, thereby strengthening a culture of group participation in problem-solving as a fundamental pillar for institutional success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lecturers emphasized that collective participation in decision-making is not merely an administrative method, but an institutional culture that enhances efficiency, transparency, and the achievement of shared goals.
