It also highlighted the importance of providing a supportive work environment that takes women\u2019s psychological well-being into account and promotes both psychological and professional stability and balance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lecture aimed to raise awareness of the importance of women\u2019s mental health, introduce practical ways to maintain it, and strengthen the ability to cope with psychological and work-related pressures. These efforts contribute to improving quality of life and job performance while fostering a more balanced and stable workplace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event is part of the College of Mass Communication\u2019s efforts to raise awareness of social and humanitarian issues and support initiatives that promote mental health and create a supportive university and professional environment for women. It aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 5: Gender Equality, and Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<p><img
