It clarifies the employment laws that administrative employees must adhere to, including the University Service Law, to enhance the participants&#8217; understanding of their rights and duties and how to apply these laws to achieve justice in the field of university service. Additionally, it empowers the participants to improve their skills and develop their professional lives by benefiting from employment laws.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop included a detailed explanation of the University Service Law with the goal of familiarizing administrative employees with its content and significance.
