The Continuous Education Unit at the College of Media, University of Baghdad, organized a practical course titled “Administrative Correspondence and Common Errors” presented by the Director of Human Resources, Hamed Shaalan, with the attendance of several employees and administrative instructors.
The course covered two fundamental axes in the context of administrative work: “Editing Official Documents” and “Correcting Common Errors in Administrative Correspondence.” The Director of Human Resources provided a detailed explanation of the types of administrative documents and how to edit them technically and organizationally, aiming to guide participants towards following appropriate and precise procedures in preparing official documents.
Shaalan also addressed, in the second axis of the practical course, “Common Errors in Administrative Correspondence and Their Correction,” aiming to enhance the quality of administrative work in the college.
The course witnessed active participation from the college’s staff in discussions regarding the presented topics. Participants benefited from the provided information and guidance, confirming that such courses contribute to enhancing their efficiency in performing administrative tasks more professionally.
