Brief History
The College of Mass Communication was established from the nucleus of the Journalism Department of the College of Arts / University of Baghdad in 2002.
The college is looking forward to obtaining global recognition through the application of scientific quality standards based on the latest findings of science in terms of techniques and communication arts, and the academic transformation of applied sciences in the disciplines of interactive communication.
Massage
Qualifying its graduates scientifically and in the media. Preparing solid scientific research in the field of specialization. Providing scientific advice to society and state institutions with regard to its specialization.
Goals
Qualifying students to practice journalistic work (collecting and editing news, design, press publishing). Qualifying students to work in radio and television institutions (preparing programs, directing radio and television, designing, conducting listener and viewer research).
