• Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and directing them to the competent authorities with their requests.

• Receiving all requests addressed to the Dean and presenting them to him to express his opinion on them.

• Direct supervision of the organization of interviews for the Dean.

• Communicating with the citizen about the action taken in connection with his request or complaint by phone, e-mail, or review.

• Addressing scientific and administrative departments and centers with regard to the citizen’s request or a statement of opinion on it.

• Receiving citizens’ requests through the e-mail of the Citizens Affairs Unit and forwarding them to the relevant authorities.
