Follow-up Division
Its tasks include organizing and following up on the guards and guards to protect the college facilities, following up on the affairs of visitors, issuing badges for cars, and authorizations to enter the college.
Media Training Division
Training and qualifying students practically in the arts of journalism, radio and television journalism, public relations, enriching the applied aspect in various media specializations, supporting the educational and training process in corresponding colleges, and adopting them in the qualifying programs for continuing education
Quality Assurance Division
Register of the districts for the performance evaluation coming from the University of Baghdad, which includes the evaluation file for the college’s performance, the college deanship file, the faculty members’ performance file, the employees’ performance files, the college outputs evaluation file.
Control and Audit Division
Auditing the financial transactions of the college and its affiliated formations in accordance with the applicable laws and instructions, and conducting audits of disbursement operations and accounts, as well as administrative audits of issued orders, participating in all relevant committees, auditing all issued orders and the validity of their issuance, following up on college formations, auditing payrolls, final accounts, and all other financial statements, disbursement and registration vouchers.
Library Division
Providing information sources in their various forms, types and topics according to approved standards and specifications for this purpose, ensuring that the needs of beneficiaries are met
Media Division
Its tasks include managing media activities in the college and covering events and activities inside and outside the college and uploading them to the college’s websites.
