The Financial Division
It goes under the administrative assistant’s supervision, and is responsible for planning and organizing all financial and accounting matters. Its duties include disbursing approved funds, preparing the unified trial balance, final accounts, and estimated budget, and distributing them after approval. It also monitors allocations, implements accounting procedures, develops proposals for annual plan projects, provides all necessary supplies to various departments, ensures proper storage of materials, collects state revenues, and settles advances in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Human Resources Division
The Human Resources Division is responsible for organizing and planning the administrative affairs of the college, monitoring workflow, and taking necessary measures to achieve the best possible practices. It implements the Civil Service Law, the University Service Law, the Higher Education Law and their amendments, and any other related laws concerning the college’s employees, both academic and administrative, and its formations.
03.
Legal Division
The Legal Division provides legal consultations, represents the college in lawsuits filed by or against it, participates in investigative committees, and follows up on matters related to the college’s assets. It also ensures the implementation of laws and decisions concerning all legal affairs of the college.
04.
Services Division
The Services Division is responsible for maintaining buildings and their annexes, providing a suitable environment, and maintaining equipment and machinery within the college formations. It also organizes and follows up on communication devices and maintenance, and handles the provision of necessary supplies through technical workshops.
