organized an awareness seminar titled “Artificial Intelligence and Its Role in Supporting Sustainable Education,” attended by a group of faculty members and fourth-year students.
The seminar discussed ways to leverage modern technologies and artificial intelligence applications to advance academic and professional development, highlighting the digital transformations taking place in educational institutions worldwide and how they can be locally applied to enhance educational performance.
It also explored mechanisms for integrating AI tools into scientific research and institutional work, emphasizing the importance of keeping pace with technological developments to ensure the quality of educational outputs in line with the future labor market requirements.
This seminar is part of the Iraqi academic institutions’ efforts to achieve the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (Quality Education), which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable education for all and promote lifelong learning opportunities, through investing in digital innovation as a fundamental pillar for building a sustainable knowledge-based society.
