Strengthening effective partnerships among various stakeholders and public-private partnerships to implement the Sustainable Development Goals.

In the context of the University of Baghdad, achieving this goal may include: collaborating with universities and other institutions worldwide to exchange knowledge and experiences, enhancing student exchange programs and research, and developing international cooperation mechanisms. Building effective partnerships with local government, private institutions, and the local community to support sustainable development projects, engaging local businesses and industries in initiatives that support the Sustainable Development Goals, including supporting innovation and sustainable technology. They will also participate in the Quality Council, chaired by the university president, which includes department directors, university vice presidents, members of the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce, and the Iraqi Industries Union.
