The College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad and the College of Media at Al-Farahidi University Sign an Academic Twinning Agreement

The College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad signed a joint academic cooperation and scientific twinning agreement with the College of Media at Al-Farahidi University, aimed at unifying academic efforts and developing the educational environment in line with quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.
The agreement was signed in the presence of the Dean of the College of Mass Communication, Prof. Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed, along with a number of officials and faculty members from both sides. During the ceremony, the two parties discussed mechanisms for collaborative work in scientific and academic fields.
The agreement includes coordination in exams and academic decisions, alignment of curricula, and exchange of academic expertise, contributing to raising the quality of media education outputs and enhancing integration between public and private universities.
Both parties emphasized that this step aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s direction to support academic partnerships, provide a robust educational environment that keeps pace with modern developments in media and communication, and help prepare qualified media professionals capable of meeting labor market requirements and serving society effectively.
