The Department of Public Relations at the College of Mass Communication hosted Ali Keito, presenter and founder of the “Qisas” podcast, in a specialized workshop attended by Dean Professor Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed, a number of lecturers, and students, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Irada Zaidan Al-Jubouri.
The workshop explored Keito’s experience in podcast production, where he shared his professional journey, the challenges he faced, and methods for developing audio content, as well as professional approaches to managing social media platforms to deliver impactful and engaging media messages.
Participants emphasized the importance of such events in enhancing students’ skills and linking academic learning with practical application, in line with developments in digital media and the creation of a modern learning environment that prepares qualified media professionals capable of meeting labor market demands.
This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), by supporting continuous learning and developing students’ skills in modern media and digital technologies.
