The Radio and Television Department at the College of Mass Communication, University of Baghdad, strengthened its students’ practical skills through intensive training sessions as part of the Radio and Television Program Presentation course. The sessions were directly supervised by Dr. Adel Abdul Razzaq Al-Ghurairi and conducted using the College’s modern specialized studios and laboratories.
The training was designed to reinforce practical education and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional practice. Students learned the fundamentals of professional delivery, radio and television scriptwriting, voice control and body language, as well as dialogue management and effective use of the camera and microphone.
The practical sessions simulated real-world media work environments, helping students sharpen their skills and build self-confidence in line with the demands of the media job market and the latest developments in content production.
Through these specialized training sessions, the Radio and Television Department at the College of Mass Communication reaffirms its commitment to preparing qualified media professionals with practical skills and experience, capable of making a strong professional contribution to radio and television institutions in Iraq and abroad.
