The College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad continues to deliver academic lectures to first-year students as part of the “Masar Mutajaddid” (Renewed Path) program, which aims to keep pace with recent developments in the media field. The program is being implemented as part of the College’s academic cooperation with France Médias Monde.
The program seeks to strengthen students’ skills and provide them with up-to-date knowledge of media practices in line with the demands of the digital environment and the rapidly evolving challenges of communication. It also aims to develop their ability to produce media content according to international professional standards.
This collaboration reflects the College’s commitment to engaging with leading international media organizations and benefiting from their expertise in strengthening students’ practical skills through specialized lectures and modern training methods focused on practical and interactive learning.
The Renewed Path program also contributes to preparing a new generation of media professionals capable of keeping pace with digital transformations and fostering innovation and creativity among students, thereby improving educational outcomes and enhancing their future employment prospects.
The College of Mass Communication reaffirmed its commitment to continuously developing its curricula and academic programs in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to enhancing the quality of education and building the capacities of young people to make a positive impact on society.
