Prof. Dr. Ammar Tahir Mohammed, Dean of the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad, honored Prof. Dr. Ali Jabbar Al-Shammari, a faculty member in the Department of Public Relations, in recognition of his distinguished academic career and significant efforts in supporting students and enhancing the quality of education at the College.
