This goal aims to ensure the availability of clean water and sanitation services for all.
In the context of the University of Baghdad, efforts to achieve this goal may include several points, such as: developing and maintaining water and sanitation infrastructure within the campus to ensure the provision of clean water and safe sanitation services. The university also encourages the university community to rationalize water consumption and adopt healthy behaviors related to personal and environmental hygiene. The university supports research and innovation in water management and health technologies to enhance the effective use of water resources, and ensures the inclusion of environmental content in educational and research programs to raise students’ awareness of the importance of water conservation and environmental protection.
