Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Ahmed Al-Qutbi, Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Mass Communication, University of Baghdad, confirmed that all procedures and preparations for the joint examination with private colleges have been completed, noting that preparations are proceeding smoothly under the close supervision of the College administration.
He explained that the College has provided all necessary arrangements to ensure the successful administration of the examination, from organizing and equipping examination halls to creating an appropriate environment that enables students to take their exams smoothly.
Dr. Al-Qutbi noted that the joint examination will be conducted in cooperation with private colleges as part of the academic twinning program, emphasizing that full coordination has been established among the relevant institutions to ensure fairness and academic rigor for all participating students.
He added that the College has formed committees to supervise the examination and monitor the halls at the examination centers, which include the Colleges of Mass Communication at Al-Turath University, Al-Farahidi University, Al-Ameen University, and Dijlah University, ensuring that the examinations are conducted in accordance with the highest organizational and administrative standards.
He also stated that the examination is scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2026, with the remaining organizational and administrative procedures to be completed in the coming days to ensure that the examination proceeds smoothly and without significant obstacles.
He concluded by emphasizing the College’s commitment to the success of the examination in a manner that reflects the academic and organizational standards of the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad and strengthens opportunities for academic cooperation with private colleges.
