Professor Dr. Jalil Wadi presented his book entitled “White Talk: How to Write a Newspaper Column” to the Dean of the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed, as part of efforts to support the academic movement and enrich the specialized academic library in the fields of journalism and media writing.
The book represents an important scholarly addition that focuses on the art of newspaper column writing. It addresses, in a simplified academic style, the professional and aesthetic foundations of column writing, its formulation mechanisms, and tools of influence, drawing on the author’s academic and practical experience in the field of journalism.
For his part, the Dean of the College of Mass Communication, Professor Dr. Ammar Taher, praised the scholarly efforts exerted by Professor Dr. Jalil Wadi, commending this initiative which contributes to providing students and researchers with reliable academic resources and supports pathways of academic development in the field of journalism.
