The Dean of the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad honored Prof. Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed and Prof. Dr. Ali Jabbar Al-Shammari, a faculty member in the Department of Public Relations, in recognition of his distinguished academic career and his significant efforts in supporting students and enhancing the quality of education within the college.
