The College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad welcomed a delegation of students from Al-Warith University on an academic visit aimed at exploring the advanced educational and training environment offered by the College, as well as its academic facilities and modern infrastructure that contribute to preparing media students in line with the latest professional standards.

The visit included a field tour of the College’s studios, scientific and technical laboratories, as well as its museum, which documents the history and development of Iraqi media. The students expressed great admiration for the advanced facilities and academic organization they observed, praising the College’s high level of development.

Professor Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed, Dean of the College of Mass Communication, welcomed the visiting delegation and emphasized the College’s commitment to strengthening academic cooperation among Iraqi universities and promoting openness to academic experiences that contribute to the exchange of expertise and support shared educational development.

The delegation was also received by Dr. Mustafa Amer and Dr. Ahmed Fadhil, who provided a detailed overview of the academic and practical work carried out at the College and its role in preparing media students and developing their practical skills.

The visit reflects the College of Mass Communication’s policy of strengthening its academic standing and promoting communication among educational institutions, contributing to the advancement of media education in Iraq.
