Prof. Dr. Ammar Tahir Mohammed, Dean of the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad, conducted a late-night field inspection to monitor work progress and review the procedures in place across the College’s departments and facilities.
The tour included inspecting various College facilities, reviewing the performance of security guards and staff on duty, and checking the level of operational discipline and infrastructure readiness. The Dean also followed up on service and administrative needs that contribute to maintaining a supportive academic work environment.
The Dean was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Jaafar Shahid, Head of the Department of Public Relations, along with the department’s rapporteurs, Dr. Ali Muhannad and Dr. Aqeel Tahseen. The team reviewed work activities during evening hours and listened to observations from staff members to help improve institutional performance.
During the tour, the Dean emphasized the importance of complying with regulations and strengthening the sense of responsibility among staff, particularly during evening hours, to safeguard College property and ensure the continuity of work at a high level of efficiency.
The tour is part of the College administration’s commitment to strengthening field supervision and upholding standards of quality and discipline, in line with the University of Baghdad’s efforts to improve institutional performance and advance the educational environment.
