The Department of Radio and Television at the College of Mass Communication, University of Baghdad, continues to provide practical training for evening-study students as part of its efforts to develop their media skills and strengthen their practical abilities in radio and television production, in line with the demands of today’s media landscape.

The training gives students the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge they gain in lectures and develop their skills in radio and television program preparation, presentation, filming, and production. It also familiarizes them with professional practices within media institutions, helping prepare qualified media professionals capable of keeping pace with rapid developments in the field.

This initiative reflects the College of Mass Communication’s commitment to strengthening the practical component of education and aligning academic outcomes with labor market needs. It also provides students with hands-on experience to develop their professional abilities and refine their media talents.

The activity aligns with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education by promoting practical learning and providing educational opportunities that help students build professional skills.
