In a step that reflects their commitment to social responsibility and the promotion of values of gratitude and solidarity, the “Bana Al-Amal” volunteer team at the College of Media, comprised of second-year students in the Radio and Television department, successfully executed their first humanitarian campaign for this year titled “Gratitude,” under the supervision and organization of Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Al-Shajeri.
As part of this campaign, food baskets were provided to the college staff as a token of appreciation for their valuable efforts in maintaining the college’s success and reputation. This initiative showcases the teamwork, collaboration, and humanitarian spirit of the group dedicated to achieving excellence.
This campaign is part of a series of campaigns planned by the team for the academic year 2023-2024 and is part of the sustainable efforts the team is making to serve the local community.
Several professors and staff members of the college provided significant support for this campaign, and the campaign organizers expressed their sincere thanks to the Dean of the College of Media, Professor Dr. Amar Taher, for his support and encouragement in their humanitarian endeavors.
This positive achievement demonstrates that young people have the ability to make positive changes in our society and reflects their commitment to the values of giving and unity. The “Bana Al-Amal” volunteer team looks forward to implementing more humanitarian campaigns and projects in the upcoming semesters.
