The “Together for Boycott” campaign at the College of Media urges boycotting products from countries supporting the Zionist entity. “Bana Al-Amal” voluntary team organized an awareness campaign encouraging students to boycott such products in response to ongoing attacks on Gaza. Third and second-year students distributed stickers with names of supporting products around the college, supported by Dr. Haider Al-Qatbi, the department head, and Dr. Rana Al-Shujairi, the volunteer campaigns coordinator. Dr. Al-Qatbi encouraged solidarity campaigns as support for Gaza, emphasizing it expresses solidarity with Palestinians. Dr. Al-Shujairi stated that students’ support for Gaza reflects a protest against human rights violations, intending to continue until the end of the aggression. This campaign aligns with the sixteenth Sustainable Development Goal for peace and justice, receiving support from the college dean, Prof. Amar Taher, showcasing student solidarity with the Palestinian cause and promoting awareness of human rights and justice within sustainable development.
