The book is a joint academic work by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hassan Al-Ameri and Dr. Ali Sadiq Al-Saadi. It discusses, through a contemporary academic perspective, the key concepts of public relations, crisis management strategies, and media communication mechanisms for dealing with emergency situations—topics that align with the needs of modern institutions and the challenges of today’s evolving communication environment.
During the presentation, Dr. Al-Saadi noted that the donation aims to support the College’s academic library and reflects a strong belief in the importance of strengthening reliable scholarly resources that support curricula and open new research opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students, particularly in light of the rapid developments in institutional communication and reputation management.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ammar Taher Mohammed, expressed his appreciation for this academic initiative, praising the authors’ efforts in producing a work that addresses a vital topic closely connected to the realities of media institutions. He also emphasized the College’s commitment to supporting scholarly contributions that promote a culture of strategic planning and crisis management within professional media environments.
