As part of Entrepreneurship Week, the Career Development, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Mass Communication, University of Baghdad, held a new episode of its radio programme “Beginning and Empowerment” on the fifth day of the week’s activities. The episode focused on entrepreneurship and its role in shaping university students’ skills and personalities.
The programme explored several topics, including fostering a culture of initiative, developing leadership skills, encouraging innovation among young people, and making the most of students’ potential by turning ideas into practical projects that contribute to the community.
The programme was presented by Rahma Ali in a distinctive radio style, reflecting awareness of the objectives of Entrepreneurship Week. It was directed by Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Salah, offering a practical experience that highlights the college’s commitment to bridging academic learning with hands-on practice.
The episode reflects the College of Mass Communication’s commitment to supporting students’ professional empowerment, creating a university environment that encourages creativity and productive work, and preparing students for a stronger role in the media and professional sectors in the future.
